2018 – Present
Currently Chris Adcock is using a Yonex Astrox 88D racket. Along with the 88S, this is the most popular racket among doubles players in 2018-19.

YONEX VOLTRIC Z FORCE 2

2014 – early 2018
It was not a popular doubles racket among the Asian players. But a few European players including Chris Adcock, Carsten Mogensen used this head heavy racket. This might be due to the taller and stronger built body of the European players. Chris Adcock and her partner Gabby Adcock used this fast and powerful racket for quite a bit of time.

The Yonex Voltric Z Force 2 might yet be the most iconic racket which has ever been released by Yonex. It was released before the 2014 All England. This racket is primarily meant for singles players as it has a head heavy frame.

The racket will be suited for players who have an attacking style of play. It performs well with overhead attacking shots but it lacks a little bit for defensive shots. You will need to have a very good wrist technique to hit your shots well using this racket.
