Indian player Satwiksairaj Rankireddy tests “Negative” for Covid-19. He was diagnosed with the virus last month and had been in self-isolation ever since.
He shared his happy news on his social media and wrote, “It feels good to come out of my room and experience happiness around.”
Through his post, he sent out positive thoughts to anyone who had tested positive for the virus. He said not to panic and overthink.
He writes, “Have faith in doctors and follow their instructions. We can overcome the virus.”
Currently, he is the world No. 10 with partner Chirag Shetty in men’s doubles. The pair had not submitted their names to participate in the upcoming Denmark Open.
