Marcus Fernaldi Gideon said the letter of apology from the BWF (Badminton World Federation to the Indonesian team was simply not enough.

In a press conference after arriving at home, Gideon said, “In my opinion, this issue must be clarified (properly), because matches towards the Olympics are becoming less.

“I’m afraid something similar might happen down the road. BWF will just let go of (the situation) like this. We want them to be accountable, a letter is not enough”
