Takeshi Kamura and Keigo Sonoda settled for second place at the All England after losing out to teammates Hiroyuki Endo and Yuta Watanabe. For Kamura and Sonoda, this was the first time they were appearing in an All England final.

Kamura: “I had a lot of anxiety, tension, and injury in the first international tournament (which I have played) in a year. But I enjoyed playing badminton for the first time in quite a while. I will do my best to play even better.”
