World no.1 Tai Tzu Ying shared her daily routine during the current pandemic through a video call in a recent episode of Badminton Unlimited. In the call, she also responded to one of the most recurring topics concerning her retirement.

Tai said since the suspension of tournaments, she had learnt various activities. She said she likes to look at photo albums and play jigsaw puzzles. She said there is time for leisure and recreation since she has free time after her training. She said,” It feels like a holiday, right?”

Tai said her day begins at 7 am, and her training starts at 8.30 am. She has lunch at 11 am and continues her training all day long and have dinner at 6 pm.

When asked about her retirement, which has been a topic for quite some time now, she said, “ I will play until the end of the next year. Now, let’s finish the next year’s season first.”
