Peter Gade spoke about his opinions on whom he thinks might rule the men’s singles game in the new era now that the “Four Heavenly Kings of Badminton” have all retired. He thinks Kento Momota, Viktor Axelsen and Anders Antonsen will dominate. There was no special mention for Anthony Ginting or Lee Zii Jia.

Gade: “Kento Momota may be the one, who will keep a very high level, but still, I am sure that he can be a lot better. I hope that he and Viktor can even raise the bar.

“We will see in the coming years a new group of legends. Antonsen could be another one, who will join these two.”
