Former coaches of the Indian national team, Indonesian Mulyo Handoyo and Malaysian Tan Kim Her are expected to return to their former coaching jobs in India.

Reported by the Indian Express, Badminton Association of India’s secretary said, “As a National Association we have the best interest of the players as well as the sports at heart, and our objective is to bring in coaches who are not only acclaimed but also understand our players.”

It maybe be noted that both the coaches, Mulyo and Tan, previously left the Indian national team without completing their tenure. But this time around, things are looking positive with head coach Pullela Gopichand saying that a clear picture of the situation would be available in the next ten days and by the end of the year both the foreign coaches should arrive in India.
