Viktor Axelsen will be playing in the final of the All England for the third time in a row. He defeated his teammate Anders Antonsen in the semi-final. Tensions ran high throughout the semi final match even though it was an all-Danish encounter.

After the match, Axelsen said, “We know each other very well. We train together every day and help each other get better. We know each other’s weaknesses and strengths.

Sometimes it becomes just a (boring) match, sometimes a great match like today. It’s a match you want to win. It hurts to lose.”
