India’s Ashwini Ponnappa answered some fun questions about her teammates in a recent episode of Badminton Unlimited. The doubles specialist shared who she thinks is the most entertaining, who is the most stylish, etc. Some of the answers she gave are quite amusing.

“I think someone who is very entertaining is Kashyap (Parupalli) because he cracks a lot of jokes and is definitely laughing quite a lot.”

“Probably be Chirag Shetty because he loves reading up on everything and he’s kind of like an encyclopedia.”
Who loves to sing?
“A tie between Kashyap and Ajay Jayaram.”
Who is the best dancer?
“Satwik (Satwiksairaj Rankireddy) loves dancing actually. Satwik is a good dancer. I like the way Satwik dances. It’s a lot of fun.”

“We would say Sai Praneeth and Srikanth (Kidambi).”

“Sanjana Santosh.”

“Sumeeth Reddy.”

“Ajay. He likes putting the aeroplane tags on to people, like just taking the luggage tag and putting it on people’s backs and laughing at him.”

“I guess Sikky (Reddy) because she gets scared. She loves watching scary movies but at the same time gets scared.”

“Satwik and Chirag.”
Who is best at defence?
“Probably both Satwik and Chirag.”

“It’s almost everyone I guess. The entire team is always on social media. I think Saina (Nehwal), Kashyap.”

“I like (Pusarla) Sindhu’s style.”
